Tell me about those engagement sittings...  Getting to know you before your wedding is of the utmost importance.  My on-location engagement sittings are included with all of my packages.  You can’t get out of it.   And you will love it.   You can have enlargements made from your sitting, to present to your guests at your reception. Or, you can have one of my top sellers: the guest book album made from your beautiful engagement portraits. 

Where do we go?  What do we wear?  Your location is totally up to you! It can be the place where he proposed or the bar where you had your first date… your parent’s house, or a stroll through the Atlanta city streets.  Now, what you wear might not be totally up to you… think longevity… wear something simple, something timeless.  You should plan to bring a second outfit and the two of you should be coordinated.

Who (and what) comes with you to my wedding?  I always shoot with at least two shooters… for a bigger event, we will bring more.  Then, we also have back-up gear, just in case.

How many photos will you take?  From a normal, 8 hour coverage, you can expect to have around a thousand images to choose from on Pictage.com, my online lab.  More time, more pictures.  Less time, less pictures.

What is the balance between posed and candid shots? My specialty is candid’s…personal, honest and fun portraits.  About  70% of my images are of what is really happening and the other 30% are gently posed.  I also take lots of more real images during the formals… I much prefer the genuine smiles, laughter, hugs and love.

Are you insured?  Yep.  Liability, Errors and Omissions, the works.  Again, just in case.

Do we get the full size image files or reduced size?  I offer to sell two different types of image DVDs… a low res or a high res disk.  The high res disk comes with images that are printable and you can take them anywhere to have them printed.  They are 4x6 images, set at 300dpi.  The low res images are also 4x6 images, but they are 72 dpi, and cannot be printed.

Will I be able to order pictures online? Your password protected Pictage online store will be available to you for three months following your wedding.  You can order any print up to an 8x10 there, and also little coffee table books and greeting cards. Custom designs for the cards is included with all package prices, just let me know if you would like to make one.  Your personalized online photo store provides your friends and family direct access to your wedding photographs: anyone can order at any time following the event. 

How do you design our album?  In most cases, you will use Pictage to choose which images you would like in your album.  I digitally master all images that will go into the album first, and then custom design each album layout, depending on your wedding’s aesthetic.   All of my albums are fully customizable and made just for you. 

Will you help us select photos for our album?  We can do it either way: you can choose the images, or you can tell me to decide for you.  All of my Coffee Table books (printed and bound by Graphi Studio) are hand designed in house and are completely custom.
